Kindergarteners,

This week I am going to give my flowers many activities that focusing on (حروف: الواو - الياء).

If your childe has any toy, picture or food that has (ِWow letter" و"and Yaa Letter “ي”), please send it with him/her any day of this week.

A new packet will be sent with them on Monday that includes 4 pages about their lesson. They have to do one page a day and they have to finish it on Thursday to be returned on Friday.



Third Graders,

We will continue with the first lesson "بر الوالدين" of Arabic Book, so we'll review the words that we took last week, students will have spelling test with no practicing.  

The students will have their daily homework regularly.

Sixth graders,

We will continue with "كن رحيما" and the students will read their new essay.

For the grammar area, we will continue with reviewing, so this week students are going to review (المبتدأ والخبر واعرابهما – اعراب الأفعال) and they will have their daily h.w.

Seventh & Eight Graders,
The students will start with new lesson (الحنين الى الشهادة) we will focus on new words and the students will have some activities about lesson. In grammar we will continue with reviewing, so this week students are going to review (أنواع المعارف) and they will have their daily h.w.

Seventh & Eight Graders,

The students will get short story (يوم سيئ في ذاكرة عمار) to be read in class and they will have some activities about story. A topic of (بر الوالدين) will be given to students for a new essay. In grammar we will continue with reviewing, so this week students are going to review ( الجملة الفعلية والأسمية - المبتدأ والخبر )and they will have their daily h.w.

If your childe has any toy, picture or food that has (ِAlef Letter " ا"), please send it with him/her any day of this week.
I’ll send  a packet  with them on Monday that includes 4 pages about their lesson. They have to do one page a day and they have to finish it on Thursday to be returned on Friday.
Third Graders,
This week we will continue reviewing some important rules in Arabic including reading, writing, spelling, and grammar.

Hopefully, the students will get their books at the end of this week, and then they will have their homework regularly.

Six graders,

We will start regularly with Reading book this Monday so your child will have daily homework.

For the grammar area, we will spend one month to review the most important lessons and students will have a variety of class work.

Seventh & Eight Graders,

Since we’re waiting for Students’ books to be done at the end of this week, the students will get short stories to be read in class and they will have some activities about those stories when it is reading day. On grammar day the students will have review tests and class work for at least a month.

Welcome Back

Dear parents,
Assalamu Alaykum wa Rahmatu Allah.
My name is Nojoud Faraj, Al hamdu lellah,this is my fifth year teaching at Tawheed center of Detroit School. This school year I'll be teaching Arabic Language for third, sixth, seventh and eighth grades.
The new challenge and excitement I'll have this school year is that I'll be teaching KG flowers.
Dear parents, since we both need to be partners in the learning process, I ask each of you to encourage your child(ren) at home by providing a quiet study environment for them to complete their nightly homework and by helping them study for quizzes and tests. I look forward to starting a new school year and the successes we will share.
I will do my best to ensure that each student has a motivating and safe learning experience in the classroom. I will keep you informed of our assignments and subjects that are covered in class. I know that with your help we are going to have a great year in sha Allah.
